整理一些安装环境的常用命令

1.按照yml文件配置conda环境：

conda env create --file environment.yaml

 文件内容格式如下：

2.按照txt文件批量pip安装包：

cat packages.txt | xargs pip install

• xargs 会将 packages.txt 中的每一行作为参数传递给 pip install。文件内容格式如下：

3.导出conda环境安装的包：

conda env export > environment.yml

4.如果包版本过高：

conda：

conda install 包名

pip：

pip install -U numpy==1.17.0

注意U大写

5.加镜像：

pip install -U numpy==1.17.0 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

或者

conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/r/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/msys2/
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes

6.判断cuda

python -c 'import torch;print(torch.__version__);print(torch.version.cuda)'

7.直接从网页安装： 

pip install https://anaconda.org/xformers/xformers/0.0.20/download/linux-64/xformers-0.0.20-py39_cu11.6.2_pyt1.12.1.tar.bz2
